At Argonaut we believe in providing our users with unparalleled security and privacy. We understand the critical confidential nature of the therapist-client relationship and that there must be no possibility of breach. Our number one priority at Argonaut is data privacy and security, and we have designed these priorities in from the first day.

Your data is encrypted at all times except when it appears on your computer, at your command. As your data travels across the internet between your computer and our servers it is 128-bit SSL-encrypted, and it remains fully encrypted in our database, where no one, not even an Argonaut employee, can read your data.

All data is also fully backed-up, relieving you from worrying about losing your data through theft, fire, computer breakdown, or other disaster. Data is backed up twice per day to a secure remote location for redundancy in case of natural disaster. Additionally for extra piece of mind, therapists may download all their entire practice data at any time as desired, thus maintaining their own local backup copy.

Argonaut is fully HIPAA-compliant and qualifies as a HIPAA-covered Business Associate (BA). A copy of Argonaut’s HIPAA Compliance Statement is available on request. Argonaut is also fully compliant with the confidentiality guidelines of the following organizations:
